Job Training

Arivva is working to offer job training programs to Pierce County.

Arivva has teamed up with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health to seek out individuals with a passion for pursuing careers in the healthcare sector, specifically as Cardiac Monitor Technicians, in Tacoma and Pierce County. As a non-profit organization, Arivva offers Job Training Programs that come at no cost to students. Our diploma programs empower students to graduate with the skills needed for immediate employment opportunities.

Cardiac Monitor Technicians play a crucial role in identifying early signs of cardiac problems and helping to prevent serious cardiac events. They typically work in hospitals, cardiac care units, telemetry units, and other healthcare settings where continuous cardiac monitoring is required. Training programs for this role typically cover ECG interpretation, medical terminology, and the use of monitoring equipment.
